Orlando dance teacher who appeared on ‘Dance Moms’ accused of sexual abuse

first_imgAdvertisement ORLANDO, Fla. (AP)– A dance teacher who appeared on Lifetime’s “Dance Moms” has been accused of sexually abusing girls at a dance studio in Orlando. As reported by the Orlando Sentinel, Kevin Cosculluela, 25, plead not guilty after he was arrested in December on charges of sexual activity with a 16- or 17-year-old child, solicitation of a minor, lewd or lascivious conduct and illegal use of a communication device. He has been fired from his job. An investigation by Winter Garden police, Orange County Sheriff’s deputies and the Department of Children and Families uncovered accusations of manipulation and sexual battery by two teenage girls who took lessons with Cosculluela.
